Send a photo that captures a special, funny, or meaningful moment in the life of our Chess Club. The best images will become part of the 2026 Calendar!
Art. 1 – Theme
The theme of the contest is “Moments of Chess and Friendship.”
Each participant may submit one o two photographs that represent the activities, friendship, and passion for chess that enliven our club.
Art. 2 – Participants
The contest is open to all members and friends of the Montella Chess Club.
Art. 3 – How to Participate
Each participant may send one or two original photos of their own creation by November 30, 2025, via:

Please include:
- The author’s full name
- The photo title (optional)
- The date, place, and event of the photo
Photos must be in JPEG or PNG format, with a minimum size of 1600 × 1200 pixels and a resolution of at least 200 dpi.
Art. 4 – Photo Selection
An internal jury from the club will select 6 photographs to be featured in the 2026 Montella Chess Club Calendar.
Art. 5 – Copyright and Use of Images
By submitting a photo, the author authorizes the Club to use the image free of charge for the creation and promotion of the calendar, guaranteeing that the photo is their own work and does not infringe on the rights of others.
Art. 6 – Awards
The authors of the selected photos will receive a free copy of the calendar and a special mention in the publication.
Art. 7 – Acceptance of Rules
Participation in the contest implies full acceptance of these regulations.
