During the coaching period at the Brussels Chess Club, the participant will analyse organisational processes and observe how digital tools are used to manage internal workflows, documentation, communication and coordination of staff. A central element of the activity is the practical use of AI as a support tool for organisational tasks, such as structuring internal documents, supporting dissemination activities, assisting project planning and contributing to the development of training materials for coaches, referees and volunteers. The use of AI is explicitly limited to management, organisational and educational support purposes and does not involve the use of AI for playing or analysing chess games. The coaching follows a progressive approach, combining observation, guided practice and practical application, and culminates in the adaptation of the acquired methods to the context of the home organisation. The activity directly contributes to the project objectives by strengthening the managerial and digital competences of the organisation, improving its capacity to design and manage projects, enhancing internal training processes and ensuring the sustainable transfer of innovative practices to the wider staff. dal 20/07/2027 al 20/08/2027 presso il Swieqi Chess Club, St. Julians, Malta: This coaching activity will focus on strengthening the technical and methodological competences of the coach through direct work with the Swieqi Chess Club, an organisation recognised for its high-level technical expertise and strong competitive results. The participant will take part in structured coaching sessions alongside experienced coaches, observing and contributing to the planning of training activities for competitive players, with particular attention to training cycles, preparation for team competitions, and the balance between technical, tactical and psychological aspects of performance. During the activity, the coach will analyse training methodologies used to develop players in a stable competitive environment, including session structure, use of analysis tools, feedback mechanisms and monitoring of player progression. Practical implementation will be supported by host tutors, allowing the participant to test and adapt selected approaches in real training contexts. This activity is directly relevant to the project objectives, as it will enable the participant to transfer advanced coaching practices to the home organisation, supporting the development of competitive teams, including preparation for national team competitions such as the Italian Team Championship, while maintaining coherence with the educational and organisational framework of a grassroots sports association. Do la mia disponibilità per le seguenti attività di job shadowing (6 days of activity + 2 days of travel) dal 18/01/2027 al 25/01/2027 presso il Brussels Chess Club asbl a Brussels, Belgium: This activity focuses on job shadowing at the Brussels Chess Club, allowing participants (one volunteer and one choach) to observe its operations, learn best practices in event management, and explore innovative approaches to inclusion. The aim is to enhance participants’ professional skills and transfer effective methods to their own organization. For the volunteer the activity will also include the observation of organisational and communication practices supported by digital tools, with particular attention to the use of AI as a support for internal management and dissemination activities, in line with the overall project objectives. dal 05/11/2026 al 12/11/2026 presso il Swieqi Chess Club, St. Julians, Malta: This activity aims to strengthen participants' ability to build and implement new projects by observing and learning from the Swieqi Chess Club and understanding their methodologies and practices. Participants (one coach and one sport manager) will focus on project planning, resource management, and innovative methods for engaging communities through chess and other activities. They will explore the Swieqi Chess Club's approach to advanced teaching methods. The goals are to enhance the association's capacity to develop and execute impactful initiatives, and to gain insights and transferable strategies to enrich the home organization’s initiatives. dal 20/04/2027 al 26/04/2027 presso il Brussels Chess Club asbl a Brussels, Belgium: This activity is designed to enhance participants’ technical and organizational skills through job shadowing at the Brussels Chess Club. The participant referee will delve into event management processes, and inclusion strategies, working closely with experienced staff to refine their capabilities and implement effective practices in their home organization. dal 12/04/2027 al 19/04/2027 presso il Swieqi Chess Club, St. Julians, Malta: This activity is designed to strengthen participants' ability to design and implement impactful projects and on improving participants’ organizational and technical skills by observing the practices of Swieqi Chess Club. By observing the operations, the participant referee will focus on resource management, and community engagement through chess and will engage in program analysis, observe inclusive sports activities, and gain insights into community-focused initiatives. The goal is to enhance the association’s capacity to develop and execute sustainable initiatives and to refine their skills and integrate effective methods into their home organization. dal 13/06/2027 al 20/06/2027 presso il Brühler Schachklub e.V., Köln, Germany: This activity provides participants with the opportunity to observe Brühler Schachklub e.V. innovative practices in sportsbased community engagement. Participants (one sport manager and one volunteer) will shadow staff during their daily activities, focusing on program development, resource mobilization, with the aim of transferring effective methods to their home organization.
