As usual, on December 1 our association will renew its affiliation with the Italian Chess Federation for the coming year.
To remain a member, please fill out one of the following forms by November 29.
Members already registered in the previous year (if no personal data such as phone number or residence needs to be updated) only need to complete the required fields (Last name, First name, Email, Type of membership card).
For new members, registration cannot proceed if any required information is missing.
At the bottom of the form, it is mandatory to indicate the place and date of signature and to sign the form.
